Benjamin Treuting is an associate attorney at deGravelles, Palmintier, Holthaus & Frugè. He was raised in Marksville, Louisiana, and graduated from Holy Savior Menard High School in Alexandria, Louisiana in 2007. Prior to attending law school, he received a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from LSU. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Law Center, and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2015.
During his time at LSU Law, Benjamin competed in multiple trial advocacy competitions, culminating in winning First Place in the LSU Law Center Arbitration Competition in the Spring of 2015. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in the state of Louisiana.
Benjamin and his wife Rachel married in 2012 and together they have had two beautiful daughters, Lenin and Mira. In his leisure time he most enjoys golf, tennis, and spending time with his family.
Brooke Blanchard began her employment at deGravelles, Palmintier, Holthaus & Frugé in June of 2007 and currently works as a paralegal for John deGravelles.
Brooke is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy High School (Baton Rouge), a 2004 graduate of Louisiana State University and a 2006 graduate of the Louisiana State University Paralegal Program. She is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. During her leisure time, Brooke enjoys reading and jogging the LSU Lakes.
Lyndsie N. Rowell
Lyndsie N. Rowell was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and currently serves as a legal assistant to J. Neale deGravelles. She has worked at the law firm of deGravelles, Palmintier, Holthaus & Frugé since December, 2009. Lyndsie started in the legal field as a receptionist/file clerk in 2001 and has since earned her Legal Secretary Certificate from Louisiana State University in 2003.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, vacationing at the beach and watching LSU and Saints football.
Denise R. Prather
Denise is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She is a 1987 graduate of Lake Charles-Boston High School. In 1989, Denise received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from McNeese State University. She has been commissioned as a Notary Public since 1991.
Denise has 24 years of experience as a litigation paralegal and has worked on a wide variety of cases. In addition to her formal education and work experience, she has attended and coordinated numerous continuing legal education seminars. Denise has served on the executive board of the Southwest Louisiana Association Of Paralegals and the Louisiana State Paralegal Association. She is also a member of the Baton Rouge Paralegals Association. In 1998, she was named LSPA’s Outstanding Paralegal Of The Year.
Denise has been employed with deGravelles, Palmintier, Holthaus & Fruge’, LLC as a paralegal to Neale deGravelles since September 2010.
Denise enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, exercising, travel, art, music and playing with her dog.
